Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment has been successfully received.

After placing an order, you will receive:

  • A dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped

Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive these emails.

Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.


UK Delivery Times

Our estimated delivery timeframe is:

Standard UK Delivery: 8 to 10 working days from dispatch

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, weather conditions, peak periods, or other operational issues.

During busy periods such as Christmas and promotional events, delivery may take longer than usual.

Shipping Costs

Standard delivery costs will be displayed clearly at checkout before payment is completed.

Where applicable:

  • Orders over £20 qualify for free standard UK delivery

  • Orders below £20 may be subject to a delivery charge

The applicable delivery cost will always be shown before you complete your purchase.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email where available.

You can use this information to monitor delivery progress with the relevant carrier.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Once an order has been dispatched, we may be unable to cancel or amend it.

Failed or Missed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed, the courier may provide instructions for:

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

Damaged, Defective or Missing Orders

Orders Marked as Delivered but Not Received

  3. Check with neighbours

  4. Contact the delivery provider where possible

If you are still unable to locate your order, contact us within a reasonable timeframe and we will investigate with the carrier.


International Shipping

We currently deliver to mainland UK addresses only.

We do not currently ship to:

  • International addresses

  • Northern Ireland

  • Channel Islands

  • Isle of Man

Subscription Orders

Subscription orders follow the same delivery process as standard purchases.

Subscription renewal orders are normally processed within:

1 to 2 business days after the renewal date

Subscription cancellation does not affect orders that have already been processed or dispatched.


Your Consumer Rights
